Submersible Mixer
MX-GI/MX-II
These mixers are ideal for mixing and
homogenization of liquids and are the result of our long experience in wastewater treatment.
Different rotation speeds, obtained using multipole motors,
propellers with self- cleaning profiles and two or three blades,
outside components in cast-iron or Stainless steel, make mixers
MX-GI suitable for a wide range of application, with top hydraulic
efficiency results.
A
special lifting equipment consisting of a manual winch and
mixer orientation device, is available upon request.
Power: 0.75 kW to 14.2 kW
Rotational Speed: 1400 RPM
MX-GIR
Designed for mixing of sewage with high content of solids and
sand, and for processing zootechnical fluids, the slow speed
mixers of MX-GIR series are also often applied in municipal water
treatment plants with excellent results.
When the purpose, for instance, is to keep solids in suspension, it is
advisable to utilize mixers having large impeller diameter and low
rotational speed.
The mixer orientation system, supplied with the lifting equipment,
allows the flow to be directed to avoid formation of dead zone
Power: 2.2 kW to 18.5kW
Rotational Speed: 323 to 354 RPM
MX-GIR 800/1200
The MX-GIR 800 mixers are used in MBBR type plants where low
peripheral speeds are required to keepthe carriers in suspension.
The propellers of the MX-GIR 1200 mixers have been designed to
maximize performance and reduce energy consumption. The
selection and positioning of these machines are studied in detail
and with the help of simulations to propose an optimal solution in
terms of performance and consumption.
Power: 3 kW to 9.2 kW
Rotational Speed: 70 to 140 RPM
Flow-maker
The AF series flow accelerators are used in the treatment of
wastewater in nitrification tanks, de-nitrification, treatment of
activated sludge, disinfection. They are also used in industrial mixing,
in chlorination tanks, and in digesters of biogas plants to homogenize
and prevent the stratification of the sludge. The slow rotationof the
blades, obtained byapplying a reducer, makes the flow accelerators
ideal for mixing and recirculating, producing currents and efficiently
distributing the oxygen supplied by the aeration systems.
Power: 1.5 kW to 5.5 kW
Rotational Speed: 32 to 34 RPM
