Mechanical Fine Screening
STEP SCREENS are advanced fine

Working Principle:
As water flows toward the Step Screen, it carries solid materials that are retained on the surface, gradually forming a “carpet/mate formation" of floating waste. This accumulation not only enhances the screen's effectiveness but also provides an additional filtering layer that captures increasingly finer particles. When the water level difference between the upstream and downstream reaches a predetermined point, the cleaning cycle automatically starts. During this cycle, the steps of the screen move upwards, while a mobile lamella lifts the screenings to the next step, effectively transporting them until they reach the discharge point. This seamless operation ensures efficient solids removal and optimal pe
